I am in Altoona often, and Rich's never dissapoints! Good, consistent, fairly priced bar food. They also have home made pizzas that are excellent! Give this place a try.

I have to agree with Jeff, it's not worth your time to try this place. Dirty and worn out with very marginal food, and terrible service. Save your $30!

This place gets one star cause it looks authentic. This food is way overpriced for what you get, and what you get is nothing to brag about! Small flavorless portions! Don't waste your time!

I ate with these guys for the first time last night, and it was great! I had the pizza and it's a close second to Felix and Oscar's. Great service, and reasonably priced. Try 'em out!
