Pump It Up

This place is soo dark, so first off they need some more light, my younger kids were a little scared at first. Seems like the kids only like the 2nd room with the slide. It seems to be a bit run down and the employees lack enthusiasm and just sit back and don't really interact with the kids or parents. I Didn't receive the help I had thought I paid for, I think my person was juggling multiple parties because she kept dissapearing and reappearing. Really won't recommend or use again myself for parties.

The party was so well run. The facility is so clean. We loved how the staff interacted with the kids. The staff were a great help with the party. They cut the cake and everything. best Party ever.

We just hosted another party at Pump It Up. They do a great job. The staff was very helpful. The pizza was excellent and everyone including the parents had fun!! Definitely worth the money spent.

This place is way too expensive for the lack of service they provided. I was suppose to have help in my cake room and my help seemed to dissapear when I needed them. And I agree the water is gross. The kids had an ok time but I felt like I paid for them to stand in line for the slide the whole time. It wasn't the worst party I have had but I wouldn't go here again or recommend.

I had my daughters party at this location and was dissapointed by the fact that the staff was not very friendly, they snapped at a couple kids. My pizza was cold when we got to the party room and I don't mean warm..I mean hours cold. I was told I had someone to help me in the party room but I was left to do everything myself. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

They have an excellent staff that does all the supervision and helps throughout the entire party. The other review must have been from a long time ago since the floors are not slick now and they have water in the arenas. I think they said they opened in 2005 so maybe they were in the learning stage then. But they are great now. They don't have sumo wrestling as stated here. I asked and they said that was very dangerous and would never have something that incurs that many injuries. Overall, an awesome place.

Pump It Up was awesome. We hosted a birthday party for my daughter. She had a fantastic time as well as all her guests. The staff was excellent. The place was extremely clean and well run. Would recommend to everyone! Great for adults too!!

We went to an event there that was hosted by a private organization. The place is pretty well run, decent amounts of space, and fun inflatables to climb on. But large parts of the floor are tiled with very smooth tile instead of carpeted, which spells trouble for kids running around in stocking feet. They also don't have water fountains in the play rooms, to get water you have to go out in the hallway and drink from a plastic cooler, and that water tasted terrible.
