I had dinner here a couple of weeks ago and was not overly impressed. Service was just ok. My pasta was really over-cooked and greasy.

I agree that the patio is the one element that really sets this place apart. The menu is kind of all over and service is inconsistant.

Stick w/ the fish tacos and a drink...enjoy the atmosphere but don't search this place out for a great meal. We went for a late lunch and two of the 7 ppl got there meal 1/2 hour late. They comped it but it ruined the dining experience. Nice place and nice patio...but so so service and food.

I love this place! Friday night Martinis are only $5 and the Dirty B&B with blue cheese stuffed olives is phenomenal. I usually eat the same thing each time I go, the Boursin Chicken that is sauteed with mushrooms and Boursin Cheese that comes with the potato of the day and veggie of the day. Last friday, it was the best it's every been, perfectly done garlic smashed potatoes, green beans with tomatoes, onion and garlic, the chicken was melt in your mouth good. The onion rings are good to for an appetizer if you have 4 people to share them, they are huge. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the service can be slow and sometimes you will wait a long time for your appetizer and drinks.

The two things this place has going for itself is the patio and the live music. I have been there twice now and the food hasn't been anything I would return for, very salty! The wait staff has not been overly attentive, either. I would love to see this place improve, because it has some real potential and could be a great neighborhood hang out.

I am ammending my review on this place. The last time I was there, I had a blast. I enjoyed a tasty NY Stip steak that really was cooked to perfection. All the staff was very friendly and the hostest made sure we had seats w/ a view of the live band (even though the place was packed). The wine was good. The hard drinks are small & expensive, not a good combination.

I don't know what the deal is with this place. I've heard so many mixed reviews. My 1st time in I just had a beer or a glass of wine or something. I remember thinking it would be a cool place to grab a bite to eat. That's what prompted me to return.

What a disaster that was! The one good thing that came out of my experience was that I got nice and drunk waiting over and HOUR for my burger. My buzz, coupled with the fact that I was close to starving, make me overlook my dry & boring burger.

I'll go back, but only cause I'm bored with some of the better spots in Beaverdale.
