Ritual Cafe is a local coffee house that has live acoustic music, art on the walls, bottled beer, and a completely vegetarian/vegan menu.
I'm totally not a coffee shop or vegetarian kind of guy, but vegetarian or not - this place makes some tasty food.
It's a great place to take my vegetarian wife to eat when she wants more options than your typical restaurant.
Beware though, they close at 7pm during the week, but are open til 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
Their cinnamon rolls are awesome.
The Mayan Mocha is amazing! Not to be missed!

The menu at Ritual is mostly vegetarian - with a lot of vegan options! - and entirely delicious, even to omnivores like me. Try their homemade hummus, or freshly-chopped salsa. Super yumbolicious.
The horchata latte is amazing! One of my new favorites!
