I don't even know how to describe the "delicious-isness" of this place! The flavors all come together in such an amazing way! The vegetable falafel flatbread was out of this world. I don't know what I was thinking was good falafel before this... but nothing I have previously had can compare. It was incredible!

Wow, this is a great lunch spot. Get one of their flatbreads, you won't be disappointed. That Beef Brisket sandwich is amazing.

I'd raved about this as a lunch spot. At dinner, our waitress was super rude for no reason. None of us will go there for dinner again.
I have been trying each dish at Proof and they have all been good. Recommend you try the Moroccan Chicken. Hmmm, now I am hungry!
Try the scallop salad on the "secret menu" ... Though my gave is the Moroccan Chicken Flatbread!! Yummm
Also. A 'void void' salad is a COUS COUS salad. Had to teach that word to my fancy phone..
Lamb burger flatbread with a void void+quinoa salad. Spring mix side salad with virtues cashews and craisins?! Mad delicious!!

I love the soup and salad combo! Go for the spinach apple salad! It's delicious. Also, they do they're "To Go" orders quickly and very neatly. LOVE!
