I just sat in the Ankeny, IA 34's grill for 5 mins and not one server/worker said anything to me and my friend. We left and went to Applebee's to get some good customer service where the workers actually act like they care. I'm so disappointed in the service, I might recommend people not go there
I don't understand how and why boneless wings on a promotional, Boneless wing night should ever take 50 minutes to get 20 wings. I work in a restaurant and I know how long it takes to make wings. Food is always good so far but service has always been terribly slow. Waiting 10 mins for drinks is bad enough. Skip 34's.
Not good. The cheese balls were cold and the beer was warm. Ankeny has much better options to offer.
I don't know what this other guy was thinking but the food here is GREAT! Services is wonderful and it's a great place to stop and eat at any time of the day. I love there is a lot to choose from on the menu and there is a lot of seating as well. Several TV's fill the place and you can watch whatever you want to while you're eating. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time, great food, and awesome atmosphere!!!
I wish I could say something decent about the food... but the service is always so bad here I don't even think about what I ordered. Ankeny may not have a ton of options to chose from, but definitely skip 34's.
